Located in the picturesque area of Junjungan, just 8 minutes from Ubud’s town center, Villa Swara Padi (translated into ‘Sound of Rice Paddies’) is a four-bedroom luxury villa surrounded by rice paddies and swaying coconut trees. All aspects of this 1,800 square meter villa have been carefully designed to blend in with the natural environment, using the best materials available.

This is the place where you can be very close to nature, and experience the beauty of Ubud.

Villa Swara Padi is also the first resort-villa in Bali to be equipped with state of the art recording studio. The studio is specifically designed to meet demand for high-end sound recording.

The villa has two master bedrooms each measuring 5×5 meters plus an en-suite bathroom, all with outdoor showers and luxury bathtubs. The other two guest rooms measure 4×4 meters, each also with en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.

To make your stay comfortable, all rooms are fitted with ‘Spring-Air’ beds and pillows.

All rooms face the villa’s beautiful gardens or ponds, and they are fully air-conditioned, equipped with satellite, DVD player, 32″ LCD TV, hair dryer, safe deposit box, centralized stereo system and ceiling fan.

Villa Swara Padi is the first resort-style recording premise of its kind in Bali. The villa caters to singers and musicians who are looking for a perfect environment to record their works and creation. The specially designed recording studio is equipped with high-end equipments in both analog and digital domain.

The studio is also fully staffed with a sound engineer, or an assistant. There are list of session players if you ever need one for your project.

The villa comes fully equipped with a swimming pool (17m x 4m), a spa & massage room, a long table dining room, wi-fi (768kb), a multi-room stereo system which can be selected independently in every bedroom, the living room, as well as pool and garden area. For movie lovers, there is a tastefully designed home theater with 92″ wide screen and surround sound to entertain you.

Activities

Watch Kecak (fire dance) performed by the villager within five minutes walk, ride bicycle to see the the paddy fields, go shop at Ubud market, practice yoga meditation, learn how to paint or wood carve, or visit the famous monkey forest and elephant park. There are plenty other activities outside Ubud such as rafting, diving, and surfing.
